Self-catering apartments at Ladies Beach, Kuşadası
Taylan Apartments is a small, family-run building of nine self-catering apartments in the Kadınlar Denizi (Ladies Beach) neighbourhood of Kuşadası. Each one has its own kitchen, shower room and balcony, with air conditioning in the living room, so you can cook your own meals and come and go as you please.
Seven of the nine are one-bedroom (1+1) and two are two-bedroom (2+1) — suitable for couples, small families and longer stays. Bed linen and towels are provided, and every apartment has a 43-inch Full HD television. We take bookings for a single night, a week or the whole season.
Holiday accommodation on Turkey’s Aegean coast
If you are looking for self-catering accommodation in Kuşadası rather than a hotel room, this is it: a holiday apartment with a proper kitchen, on a gently shelving family beach on Turkey’s Aegean coast. Ephesus is 23 km away (about 30 minutes), the town centre and harbour about 4 km, and İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport 83 km (about 75 minutes). Airport transfers can be arranged on request.
Longer stays and the autumn season
Many of our guests stay a week or longer. In October and November the sea is still warm, the beach is quiet, and Ephesus and the old town are far less crowded than in summer. For stays of five nights or more, send us your dates on WhatsApp and we will suggest the apartment that suits you best.
Our nine apartments
No 1 · Garden Apartment

No 1 opens onto its own private garden, with a table and chairs that belong to this apartment alone — not a shared courtyard. The bedroom has two single beds, and the sofa in the living room converts to a bed, so three sleep comfortably and four fit. The kitchen is a proper fitted one rather than a kitchenette: hob, extractor, microwave, fridge and a full set of pots, pans and crockery, so you can shop at the market and cook. Air conditioning in the living room, blackout curtains in the bedroom, and Ladies Beach thirty steps from the door.

No 2 · Garden Apartment

No 2 has the same private garden as its neighbours, plus the thing guests mention afterwards: a swing seat under the trees, which is where most people end up in the late afternoon. The bedroom has one double bed and the living-room sofa opens for a third person. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a fifty-litre water heater — worth knowing when everyone wants to rinse off after the beach one after another. Fitted kitchen with everything you need to cook, air conditioning in the living room, Wi-Fi throughout.

No 3 · Garden Apartment

No 3 is one of the four garden apartments: your own seating area outside rather than a balcony above the street. It suits people who want to eat breakfast outdoors without going anywhere. The bedroom has one double bed, wardrobes, a chest of drawers and blackout curtains for the middle of the day; the living-room sofa opens into a bed, which brings it to three or four people. The kitchen is fully fitted — hob, extractor, microwave, fridge, cookware — so longer stays don’t mean eating out every night.

No 4 · Garden Apartment

No 4 is a garden apartment for two, with its own seating outside and about thirty steps between you and the sea. A third guest fits on the sofa bed. The layout is simple and it is quiet: one double bed, wardrobes and a full-length mirror in the bedroom; dining table and air conditioning in the living room; a fitted kitchen with hob, extractor, microwave and fridge. Towels and cotton bed linen are provided, the bathroom has a shower cabin and a fifty-litre heater, and Wi-Fi reaches the garden as well as the rooms.

No 5 · Sea-View Apartment

No 5 is the first of the apartments where you see the sea from your own front balcony, and that balcony has its own furniture set, so it works as a second room rather than somewhere to hang washing. The bedroom has two single beds — easy for friends travelling together — and the living-room sofa converts to a bed. The kitchen is fitted with hob, extractor, microwave, fridge and cookware. No 6 · Balcony Apartment

No 6 is a one-bedroom apartment for two with a furnished balcony — no sea view from this one, which is the only thing separating it from No 5, and it is usually the better value for that reason. One double bed in the bedroom, and a third guest fits on the sofa bed. Everything else is the same standard: fitted kitchen with hob, extractor, microwave and fridge; shower cabin with a fifty-litre water heater; wardrobes and blackout curtains; 43-inch TV and air conditioning. The beach is thirty steps away whatever your window faces.

No 7 · Sea-View Terrace

No 7 is the one to ask for if you plan to spend your evenings outside. It has a furnished front balcony with a sea view and, separately, a large private terrace with a swing — more outdoor space than any of the other one-bedroom apartments. The bedroom has one double bed and the living-room sofa converts to a bed, so it sleeps three comfortably and four at a push. The kitchen is fully fitted: hob, extractor, microwave, fridge and a complete set of cookware. Ladies Beach is thirty steps from the entrance.

No 8 · Two-Bedroom Sea View

No 8 is a two-bedroom apartment with two separate terraces, and the sea is visible from both — so a family can spread out instead of taking turns at one table. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two singles, and the living-room sofa bed takes a fifth guest. The kitchen is fully fitted: hob, extractor, microwave, fridge and a complete set of cookware and crockery, enough to cook for the whole group rather than eat out every evening. No 9 has the fullest sea view in the building: two terraces with seating and water across the whole outlook rather than a slice of it between rooftops. It is the apartment people book when the view is the point of the holiday. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two singles; the living-room sofa bed takes a fifth.
