Bu politika, Taylan Apartments’ın işlettiği taylanapartments.com web sitesi ve konaklama hizmetleri kapsamında kişisel verilerinizi nasıl işlediğimizi açıklar. (English version below.)

2. İşlediğimiz Kişisel Veriler

  • Rezervasyon ve iletişim verileri: ad-soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, konaklama tarihleri, misafir sayısı ve bize ilettiğiniz özel talepler.
  • Kimlik verileri: konaklama sırasında, 1774 sayılı Kimlik Bildirme Kanunu gereği kimlik veya pasaport bilgileriniz.
  • Ödeme bilgileri: ödemeler doğrudan tesiste ya da rezervasyonun yapıldığı platform (ör. Airbnb) üzerinden alınır. Bu web sitesi üzerinden kart bilgisi toplanmaz ve saklanmaz.
  • Web sitesi kullanım verileri: IP adresi, tarayıcı ve cihaz bilgisi, ziyaret ettiğiniz sayfalar ve ziyaret zamanı; sunucu kayıtları ve çerezler aracılığıyla.

3. Çerezler ve Analitik

Sitemiz, çalışması için gerekli olan teknik çerezleri kullanır; bunlardan biri çerez tercihinizi hatırlayan ta_consent çerezidir. Google Analytics (ziyaretçi sayısı ve ilgi gören sayfalar), Google Ads (bir ziyaretin reklamımızdan gelip gelmediği ve bir iletişime dönüşüp dönüşmediği) ve Meta (Facebook ve Instagram reklamlarımız için) çerezleri yalnızca onay vermeniz hâlinde kullanılır. Siteye ilk girişinizde bu onayı sorarız; reddetmeniz siteyi kullanmanızı etkilemez. Kararınızı her sayfanın altındaki Çerez Ayarları bağlantısıyla istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz. Onay vermezseniz Google, çerez ve kimlik bilgisi içermeyen temel sinyaller (ör. bir sayfanın görüntülendiği) alabilir; bunları yalnızca reklamlarımızın etkisini tahmin etmek için kullanırız.

4. İşleme Amaçlarımız ve Hukuki Sebep

Verilerinizi yalnızca aşağıdaki amaçlarla ve KVKK (6698 sayılı Kanun) m.5 kapsamındaki hukuki sebeplere dayanarak işleriz:

  • Rezervasyonunuzu oluşturmak, teyit etmek ve konaklama hizmetini sunmak — sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası
  • Sorularınıza ve taleplerinize yanıt vermek — meşru menfaat
  • Kimlik bildirimi ve mali kayıt yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirmek — hukuki yükümlülük
  • Web sitemizin kullanımını ölçmek ve reklamlarımızın etkisini değerlendirmek — açık rızanız (çerez onayı)

5. Verilerin Paylaşılması

Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız ve pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflara devretmeyiz. Yalnızca aşağıdaki hallerde paylaşım söz konusudur:

  • Rezervasyon platformları: rezervasyonunuz Airbnb gibi bir kanaldan geldiyse, o platformun kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında veri alışverişi olur.
  • Yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları: yasal olarak zorunlu olduğu ölçüde (ör. kimlik bildirimi, vergi mevzuatı).
  • Hizmet sağlayıcılarımız: web sitesinin barındırılması (Vercel Inc., ABD), analitik ve reklam ölçümü (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta) ile mesajlaşma (WhatsApp). Siteyi açtığınızda IP adresiniz ve tarayıcı bilgileriniz, sayfanın size iletilmesi ve sitenin güvenliği için Vercel sunucularında işlenir. Bu hizmetler kapsamında verileriniz yurt dışında işlenebilir; Google ve Meta hizmetleri için bu aktarım çerez onayınıza dayanır.

6. Saklama Süresi

Rezervasyon ve konaklama kayıtlarını, ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü yasal saklama süreleri boyunca (mali kayıtlar için 10 yıl) saklarız. İletişim formu ve e-posta yazışmalarını, talebinizin sonuçlanmasının ardından makul bir süre içinde sileriz. Analitik veriler (Google Analytics) 14 ay, reklam ölçüm çerezleri 90 gün saklanır.

7. Haklarınız

KVKK m.11 uyarınca; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve zarara uğramanız hâlinde tazminat talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Avrupa Birliği’nde ikamet ediyorsanız GDPR kapsamında erişim, taşınabilirlik, silme ve işlemeyi kısıtlama haklarınız da geçerlidir.

Taleplerinizi info@taylanapartments.com adresine iletebilirsiniz; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.

8. Google Ads API Kullanımı — “Taylan Ads CLI”

Taylan Apartments, kendi reklam hesabının performansını raporlamak ve hesabı yönetmek için “Taylan Ads CLI” adlı, yalnızca işletme sahibinin kendi bilgisayarında çalışan dahili bir araç kullanır. Bu araç hakkında bilinmesi gerekenler:

  • Araç, Google hesabına yalnızca https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords yetkisiyle bağlanır. Raporlama için veri okur; işletme sahibinin talimatıyla yalnızca işletmenin kendi reklam hesabında değişiklik (ör. anahtar kelime, bütçe, hedefleme) yapabilir.
  • Yalnızca işletmenin kendi Google Ads hesabına ait kampanya, anahtar kelime ve harcama istatistiklerine erişir. Üçüncü kişilere ait hiçbir veriye erişmez.
  • Erişim jetonları işletme sahibinin kendi cihazında saklanır; herhangi bir sunucuya gönderilmez, üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz ve satılmaz.
  • Araç kamuya açık bir hizmet değildir; başka kullanıcılara sunulmaz.
  • Yetkilendirme, Google Hesap izinleri sayfasından istendiği an geri alınabilir. Yetki geri alındığında saklanan jetonlar geçersiz hâle gelir ve silinir.

Taylan Ads CLI’ın Google API’lerinden aldığı bilgileri kullanımı ve aktarımı, Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası’na ve bu politikanın Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use) gerekliliklerine uygundur.

9. Güvenlik

Web sitemiz HTTPS üzerinden şifreli olarak sunulur. Rezervasyon kayıtlarına yalnızca yetkili personel erişebilir. Tüm makul teknik ve idari tedbirleri almakla birlikte, internet üzerinden yapılan hiçbir aktarımın %100 güvenli olduğunun garanti edilemeyeceğini hatırlatırız.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yukarıdaki “son güncelleme” tarihi değiştirilir.

This policy explains how Taylan Apartments processes your personal data in connection with the taylanapartments.com website and our accommodation services.

2. Personal Data We Process

  • Booking and contact data: name, email address, phone number, stay dates, number of guests and any special requests you send us.
  • Identity data: during your stay, your ID or passport details, as required by Turkish Identity Notification Law No. 1774.
  • Payment data: payments are taken at the property or through the platform you booked with (e.g. Airbnb). No card details are collected or stored through this website.
  • Website usage data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and time of visit, via server logs and cookies.

3. Cookies and Analytics

Our site uses technical cookies required for it to function; one of them, ta_consent, remembers your cookie choice. Google Analytics (visitor numbers and which pages draw interest), Google Ads (whether a visit came from one of our ads and led to an enquiry) and Meta (for our Facebook and Instagram ads) cookies are used only if you give your consent. We ask for it on your first visit; rejecting does not affect your use of the site. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page. If you do not consent, Google may still receive basic signals without cookies or identifiers (e.g. that a page was viewed); we use these only to estimate the effect of our ads.

4. Purposes and Legal Basis

We process your data only for the purposes below, relying on the legal bases set out in Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) art. 5 and, where applicable, GDPR art. 6:

  • Creating and confirming your booking and providing the accommodation — performance of a contract
  • Answering your questions and requests — legitimate interest
  • Meeting our identity-notification and financial record-keeping duties — legal obligation
  • Measuring the use of our website and the effect of our ads — your consent (cookie choice)

5. Sharing of Data

We do not sell your personal data and do not transfer it to third parties for marketing. Sharing occurs only in these cases:

  • Booking platforms: if your reservation came through a channel such as Airbnb, data is exchanged under that platform’s own privacy policy.
  • Competent public authorities: to the extent legally required (e.g. identity notification, tax legislation).
  • Our service providers: website hosting (Vercel Inc., USA), analytics and ad measurement (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta) and messaging (WhatsApp). When you open the site, your IP address and browser information are processed on Vercel’s servers to deliver the page to you and keep the site secure. Under these services your data may be processed outside Türkiye; for Google and Meta services this transfer is based on your cookie consent.

6. Retention

We keep booking and stay records for the statutory retention periods required by law (10 years for financial records). Contact-form and email correspondence is deleted within a reasonable period after your request is resolved. Analytics data (Google Analytics) is kept for 14 months and ad-measurement cookies for 90 days.

7. Your Rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to claim compensation for damages. If you reside in the European Union, your GDPR rights of access, portability, erasure and restriction of processing also apply.

Send requests to info@taylanapartments.com; we respond within 30 days at the latest.

8. Google Ads API Use — “Taylan Ads CLI”

Taylan Apartments uses an internal tool called “Taylan Ads CLI”, which runs only on the business owner’s own computer, to report on and manage its own advertising account. What you should know about it:

  • The tool connects to Google using only the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords scope. It reads data for reporting and, on the owner’s instruction, can make changes (e.g. keywords, budgets, targeting) to the business’s own advertising account only.
  • It accesses campaign, keyword and spend statistics belonging solely to the business’s own Google Ads account. It accesses no data belonging to any third party.
  • Access tokens are stored on the owner’s own device; they are not sent to any server, not shared with third parties and not sold.
  • The tool is not a public service and is not offered to other users.
  • Authorisation can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page. Once revoked, stored tokens become invalid and are deleted.

Taylan Ads CLI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Security

Our website is served encrypted over HTTPS. Only authorised staff can access booking records. While we take all reasonable technical and organisational measures, please note that no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the “last updated” date above is revised.
