Bu site, Kuşadası’ndaki apart dairelerimizi tanıtmak ve ziyaretçilerin bizimle iletişim kurmasını sağlamak amacıyla yayımlanmaktadır. Sitedeki görseller, açıklamalar ve konum bilgileri tanıtım amaçlıdır.

3. Rezervasyonlar

  • Site üzerinde çevrimiçi rezervasyon ve ödeme sistemi bulunmamaktadır. Rezervasyonlar telefon, e-posta, WhatsApp veya Airbnb üzerinden yapılır.
  • Sitede yer alan fiyat ve müsaitlik bilgileri bağlayıcı bir teklif değildir; bilgi amaçlıdır ve tarafımızca yazılı olarak teyit edilene kadar bir hak doğurmaz.
  • Rezervasyonun kesinleşmesi, tarafımızdan gönderilen teyit ile gerçekleşir.
  • Airbnb gibi bir platform üzerinden yapılan rezervasyonlarda, iptal ve iade koşulları öncelikle ilgili platformun kuralları uyarınca uygulanır.

4. Fikri Mülkiyet

Sitede yer alan metin, fotoğraf, logo ve tasarım öğelerinin tüm hakları Taylan Apartments’a veya ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir. Yazılı iznimiz olmadan kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz veya ticari amaçla kullanılamaz.

5. Üçüncü Taraf Bağlantıları

Sitemiz Airbnb, Facebook ve Instagram gibi üçüncü taraf platformlara bağlantılar içerir. Bu sitelerin içeriğinden, gizlilik uygulamalarından ve hizmet koşullarından sorumlu değiliz.

6. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Sitedeki bilgileri güncel ve doğru tutmak için makul çabayı gösteririz; ancak içeriğin her an eksiksiz ve hatasız olduğunu garanti etmeyiz. Sitenin kesintisiz çalışacağı taahhüt edilmez. İşletmemiz, kendi Google Ads hesabının performansını raporlamak ve hesabı yönetmek için “Taylan Ads CLI” adlı dahili bir araç kullanır. Bu araç kamuya açık bir hizmet değildir, kullanıcı kaydı kabul etmez ve yalnızca işletme sahibinin kendi hesabına, onun talimatıyla erişir. Ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası’nın 8. bölümündedir.

9. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetkili Mahkeme

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda Kuşadası / Aydın mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketici sıfatına sahip ziyaretçilerin, ikametgâhlarındaki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve mahkemelerine başvurma hakkı saklıdır.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yukarıdaki “son güncelleme” tarihi değiştirilir.

This site exists to present our apartments in Kuşadası and to let visitors get in touch with us. Images, descriptions and location information on the site are for presentation purposes.

3. Reservations

  • The site has no online reservation or payment system. Bookings are made by phone, email, WhatsApp or through Airbnb.
  • Prices and availability shown on the site are not a binding offer; they are for information only and create no entitlement until confirmed by us in writing.
  • A reservation becomes final upon the confirmation we send you.
  • For bookings made through a platform such as Airbnb, cancellation and refund terms are governed primarily by that platform’s rules.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights in the text, photographs, logos and design elements on this site belong to Taylan Apartments or the respective rights holders. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

5. Third-Party Links

Our site contains links to third-party platforms such as Airbnb, Facebook and Instagram. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of service of those sites.

6. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the site current and accurate, but we do not warrant that the content is complete and error-free at all times, nor that the site will operate without interruption. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. This clause does not limit your rights under consumer legislation or our obligations under the accommodation contract.

8. About the “Taylan Ads CLI” Tool

Our business uses an internal tool called “Taylan Ads CLI” to report on and manage its own Google Ads account. This tool is not a public service, does not accept user registrations, and accesses only the owner’s own account, on the owner’s instruction. Details are in section 8 of the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Kuşadası / Aydın have jurisdiction over disputes. Visitors acting as consumers retain the right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and courts of their place of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the “last updated” date above is revised.
